Pistachio butter
Ingredients
- 150g pistachio purée
- 150ml water
- 1 tbsp. of pistachio oil
- 20g unsalted butter
- salt and pepper.
Description
Heat the pistachio purée for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Then add water to level, cook for 10 minutes.
Add the butter and season. Mix and sieve. Serve warm with the fish fillets.
