Shipping policy
All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends, public holidays and company closure periods). Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Special care is taken with fragile products: box sizes are adapted and your items are carefully protected.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. It allows you to follow the progress of your parcel in real time.
Good to know
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery times indicated run from the dispatch of your order, under normal shipping conditions with our carriers.
If you notice a problem upon receipt of your parcel (broken product, damaged parcel), please contact us via our contact page.
