Tomato and soft goat cheese Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 4 goat cheeses (cabecou)
- 4 medium size slices of farmhouse bread
- 6 tomatoes
- 4 tbsp. pitted black olives
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- salt, pepper
- rosemary.
Description
Hollow out the tomatoes, cut them into cubes. Chop the olives and garlic. Mix it with tomatoes, add olive oil, a little salt and pepper.
Spread the bread slices with the preparation, drop a cabécou over and garnish with a few sprigs of rosemary.
Go grill 2 minutes, serve hot or warm.
