Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 crushed clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 200g washed chickpeas
- 60ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tsp. peanut oil
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. fresh chopped coriander.
- Accompaniment: lettuce, raw vegetable rods, crackers or breadsticks.
Description
Heat the lemon juice in a small pan with the onion and garlic until tender.
Put them in a blender with the remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate and serve the hummus as a first course with lettuce or as an appetizer with crackers, breadsticks…
