Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 crushed clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 200g washed chickpeas
  • 60ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp. peanut oil
  • 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. fresh chopped coriander.
  • Accompaniment: lettuce, raw vegetable rods, crackers or breadsticks.

Description

Heat the lemon juice in a small pan with the onion and garlic until tender.
Put them in a blender with the remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate and serve the hummus as a first course with lettuce or as an appetizer with crackers, breadsticks…
