In 2025, the house changed hands.

After years of history driven by Christophe Baron and Robin Duquet-Chassaing, the company was taken over with a strong conviction: to preserve its soul while giving it a new vision.

This change marks a new stage, but not a break.
We chose to retain what made Baron & Chassaing strong: a passion for the product, close relationships with professionals, a taste for beautiful selections, and the desire to showcase artisans, recipes, and expertise.
