Rougail sauce with peanuts
Ingredients
- 250g roasted peanuts (unsalted)
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp. peanut oil
- hot pepper
- salt.
Description
Crush the peanuts in a mortar to obtain a paste. Scald the tomatoes, peel them. Mince the onion. Crush the chili with salt. Blend thoroughly. Add the chopped onion and oil. Blend all the ingredients to obtain a slightly liquid paste. Serve with your dishes (fish) or as an appetizer with chips or vegetables, for dipping.
