Vinaigrette dressing with pistachio oil
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. pistachio oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar (4 leaves)
- salt, pepper.
Description
Blend all the ingredients together (be careful not to emulsify too much). Serve with a salad of peeled tomatoes and some chopped unsalted pistachios.
