Warm vinaigrette with orange flavored honey
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. orange flavored honey
- 2 tbsp. fruity green or ripe olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- pepper
- a pinch of orange zest.
Description
Heat the honey in a saucepan, let it brown. When brown, remove from heat.
Add the lime juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of orange zest. Pepper lightly.
A wonderful seasoning for prawns or scallops, presented on a bed of lettuce.
